As far as am concerned, gambling is not about making profit or a source of income, and if you consider it one, you might become a gambling addiction. And "ADDICTION" is the danger aspect or ugliest part of gambling.
It is much more dangerous than many believe. Many believe that it can't happen to them, and that they would resist, but usually they are proven wrong.
People say that life is all about taking risks, people are being motivated by this statement forgetting about the consequences of their actions. A gambler is someone that has accepted the outcome of this risks that he is taking. A true gambler that learns from his mistakes becomes more careful when gambling because he knows the implications and downsides that comes with it when things go wrong

If you don't see something as a risk, that does not change the fact that it is a risk. It merely shows that you are badly educated.
Revenge betting has been known to be one of the ways to lose more money to gambling. You can't just gamble be excessively because you have lost too much money, many have made these mistakes in the past and it's left to each gambler to figure things out for themselves so they don't have to become addictive gamblers.
