I’ve done this before at another casino, but for a different reason. The reason I’m creating a new account is because I can no longer use the SIM card I registered with their casino (expired simcard or damaged) and because of their advice. I told them I just wanted to change the mobile number on my account, but they didn’t allow it. They advised me to simply create a new account using a new SIM and they said I wouldn’t need to go through KYC again. I told them that seemed risky because they might be considered me having multiple accounts but they said it’s fine because their system already knows that I’ll have two accounts.
This is valid reason to change and for sure that there's nothing will happen to your account since you already got those advice directly to their support. Also this is the best action to do so that they will not get tagged as using multiple account since we know how the casino is so strict regarding on their rules towards using multiple accounts. Lots of abuser found doing it and most of them got compromise also their funds has been freeze.
I don't know if the reason for creating new account is he want to sign under the streamers like. But since he do it I guess he's been allowed that's why he proceed to do that action.
