they asked me for kyc. this was the most rigorous kyc I have ever done since I started gambling.
upon conclusion of the kyc. my funds way still pending for 3 days. i kept disturbing their support with messages and they kept sending me the same replies that they have no info about why my withdrawal is pending.
few mins ago, I received an email from them saying they are closing my account for T & C Breach and hence my funds wont be paid out. i was banned and cant login anymore.

I have stated clearly that I do not own any other account there. kyc verification is for a reason. if you suspect any other account to be me ask them to kyc and if they fail you close them. you asked me for kyc which was the most rigorous kyc I ever made since I started gambling and you still went ahead to close my account with my winnings inside. your terms said you will refund the deposited amount but you didn't do that. you took my deposit and my winnings together. if you suspect an account to be multiple, u kyc them or close them. that is the reason for kyc. i passed that even when it was done in a way that they wanted me to fail and use that as a reason to confiscate my funds. when that didn't work, you just went ahead to close my account.
please return my money thanks. that's a loan I took and I wont let it go
