Good point, let it go and allow yourself to free up from that stress and comeback when you already refresh, things will be much better if you have better decision making unlike when you already stress you just keep putting bets to reclaim or recover what you already lost, timing most of the time is not good as you'll aiming to win to the point that you'll change venue or game hoping that luck will permits you to win back and earn decently.
