Bayern Munich have no shortage of attacking midfielders and they shouldn't have to spend so much money to get one player.

Exactly, I agree with you. Why will Leverkusen put such amount on Wirtz when there's no guarantee that he will be in form through out his contract. I feel they don't want to sell him and that's why they're putting such huge price tag on him. Lookman is a sharp and strong attacker and he would fit in on that position. No need of wasting funds when there's a good alternative.
