Well, this is surprising. I guess I was wrong in thinking that a representative would not be online for a while.
I wasn't expecting Razed representative to come with a quick response here. It has happened for the sig campaign manager Razed.com, he had informed Razed team about this.

Your frustration is reasonable. Unfortunately, you won't see any further progress of your issue by making posts continuously here. Like I have suggested you already, take your complaint to a mediator. Then inform Razed support team about it through an email. They will forward the evidences to the mediator if they had any.
