Well, this is surprising. I guess I was wrong in thinking that a representative would not be online for a while.
I wasn't expecting Razed representative to come with a quick response here. It has happened for the sig campaign manager Razed.com, he had informed Razed team about this.

Like I have suggested you already, take your complaint to a mediator. Then inform Razed support team about it through an email. They will forward the evidences to the mediator if they
