Are they? Because i did not receive any message or email or any type of communcation from betpanda itself saying they are trying to remedy the situation. Unless you are giving first-hand news, then good. I called them a scam, it's the name of the tittle of this thread, and to me they will continue to be a scam until they prove me otherwise. You have to also put yourself in my shoes. Getting banned for absolutely no reason, and getting all your funds confiscated after you complied to their requests, what else would i call them other than a scam?
If they are actually are trying to act in good faith like you say and do the right thing, which is paying my winnings of 18.2mbtc(which is even more than the tittle says right now) then i will accept it was a mistake on their part, and not acting in bad faith or a scam.
