Thank you for the extra information, is not a gambling site per se, i know that is gonna cost a lot and im not into it, and plus i dont have the knowledge to manage that.
That opens up another expense for you. If you don't know how to manage this type of site yourself, then you will probably have to hire someone to do it for you. It is almost impossible to create such a site that does not require regular updates and someone to supervise the technical part.
I advise you to try to master at least the basics of WP, even if you don't do the administration yourself, knowing how it works will help you in communicating with developers.
