My prediction is the following -

1st Liverpool
2nd Arsenal
3rd Man City
4th Newcastle
5th Chelsea

I think the only one that has some doubt is 5th place because if Chelsea drop points away at Nottingham Forest which could happen, then Aston Villa would finish 5th if they win away at Old Trafford.

This is another tight one, the other ones are ok but that 5th place, that's where I have that feeling that Chelsea will not make it. After all the manager doesn't have faith in his players, with all he has been saying sometimes I wonder if this man is a true manager that has the hunger to win a trophy. For me Chelsea doesn't fit to be among the teams to play champions league football next season and playing against Nottingham is going to be a hard one because Nottingham has put in their best to maintain that 3rd position for a long time before they were dethroned by Manchester City, so this very last day game I'll bank on Nottingham Forest to get all 3pt against Chelsea and they might as well lose the conference league finals to Betis.

Aston Villa is away to Old Trafford, and I doubt if united will end the season with another loss, after they lost their last Premier League game to Chelsea and including the Europa Cup final to Tottenham, so Aston Villa is likely not going to win that game.
Newcastle is hosting Everton and can boasts of a win in that match but where there is a bit of problem is in the game between Nottingham Forest and Chelsea, That game in my opinion looks like a draw because Nottingham is also fighting for the 5th spot and wouldn't want to entertain a defeat in that last day match.

The game they lost to Spurs will not change anything, Manchester United are not good and that is final. The players are not happy with all that have been happening with the team and I have that believe that they will send a message to the management by losing to Aston Villa, to the Red Devils this game is not important to them but for Aston Villa it means a lot to them and getting a win on Sunday will give them a chance of playing Europe competition next season.
The whole qualification has been reduced all thanks to Spurs, they have a free ticket to play CL football next season, it will not be 6 but 5 teams, so it will be a very hard game on Sunday for Newcastle, Chelsea and Nottingham Forest, who will be the 5th team?
I can't say if Chelsea can play out a draw but one thing is for sure, Forest will make sure they add more pressure to get a spot and since Chelsea are playing the conference league finals I don't think they can play with all their energy, reserving some playing can happen so they'll be mindful of the Nottingham game to play well in the finals, nothing like a draw in that encounter.
