I'm writing here because it's a bit inconvenient to top up the balance. I don't know why, but each time I get a different deposit address, and I'm afraid someone could make a mistake because of that — including me.

Hi B1g4udge,

It's actually not that unusual — generating a new crypto deposit address is standard practice with many crypto payment processors. In fact, many players  prefer it — since it adds an extra layer of privacy and security. But, I totally understand your concern, and for players who are used to depositing to the same address.

However, once you got used to it, its not really a big deal.  Each time you request a deposit, a new address is generated, along with a fresh QR code and a handy copy button — making the whole process as smooth as possible.

But it’s worth mentioning to @everyone (and thank you for that @B1g4udge) — just make sure to always use the latest deposit address listed on the cashier page, as each one is generated specifically for your next transaction.

If anything looks unclear or you’d like help double-checking an address, feel free to reach out to ChiliStakes support anytime for real-time help.

Important sidenote:

Even though a new address is generated for every deposit, all previously issued addresses remain linked to your ChiliStakes account. So, if you happen to send crypto to an older address, your funds won’t be lost — it might just take a little longer to be credited to your casino balance.
