Wow, so eXch owes money? What an allegation! Just like dkbit98 says, I recall that he had developed a bot just for fun and that eXch donated 0.3 to them, without any commitment on eXch's part. It was just a donation.
In general, eXch was always awarding (and paying) the amount the said they would.

He hasn’t paid me back or contacted me on simpleX or on forum, so it’s clear he’s a scammer.

We should leave him negative trust to prevent him from using his account to scam others.
