Worse still, your so called Doctor knows more about your history than youself. The rightful way you may grand him/her access to your history for some time. Your data, your work, your comment... is your income, your money.
For something to be lawful it has to work both ways. If someone ask of proof of anything, ask for proof first, if satisfied may proceed to next level.
Can Banks & Governments 'Prove Their Wealth'?

The Doctor is bound by laws to keep whatever you tell him/her a secret till the grave, the Doctor was trained to study the human body, so a follow of up of your history is what he requires to save your life. Every human being has a Data record and those records are what shows your activities. The government and Banks are not a single entity like a human, if you want to check how they make their wealth, you can check from when the budget of every government is being publish, there and then you can check the trajectory to which each penny is been generated from tax return, import duties and a whole lot more, and all of these are Data that is being published on a regular basis for citizens to see for themselves how the government is being administered.
