The trouble is, in most of the world we do not have any class that is related to finance, not at high school level or before, only finance at college as a degree. It means, a class about cryptocurrency or a class about trading would be a terrible idea, because it focuses on just one line of subject, when we do not have even the general idea of finance.
So I always suggested, kids that are aged between 10 to 12, somewhere in there, should start learning more about finance in general and how the economy works. They should get this until they are 18 and finish high school. After that, it's their decision to pursue economy in college or not, but getting these would be a lot better for everyone, 6-8 years of finance/economy (which could include trading and crypto eventually) could make them better.
If finances are thought in school, believe me even the teacher that is teaching in school will not be there if it's a successful course that one can personalized on their own and be their own person but it's because everything thought in school are theoretical and not practical, inflation are thought but it's theory until you reach a certain age where responsibilities will almost kill you before you understand how inflation might have messed with some years of your life.
Most of the trading books and journals are written by people that aren't even the successful ones, only few of them you see makes money from trading in their trading journey. Some even made their money from the book they sold and that's why if you pay close attention to trading tutors, they sell ebook and guide and that's because most of them aren't that successful as they teach people, reality of trading with real money is different with demo account.
