I myself started this challenge on 2/2/24 and hope to inspire other Bitcoiners to take this step to help build some muscle in the community.

My only real tips would be to not worry about trying to do 100 push-ups at once. Break them down into as small of sets as you need to keep from hurting yourself.

If 100 a day is too much, maybe try to start with whatever "K" the Bitcoin price is at and work your way up to 100 along with Bitcoin.

This would be the first 3 posts of a new participant named Pushupper who completed 20 pushups on day 1, 30 pushups on day 2, and 30 pushups again on day 3.

The quotes won't matter to the script and might help emphasize the no spaces rule?

100 push ups a day until Bitcoin gets to £100k that's a nice one and I think I'm caught up in this owing to the fact achieving this has to come through a process for someone like me who hasn't been too frequent with fitness I will have to draft out a daily plan .
In my plan I'll keep observing the rise in Bitcoin and I must ensure that I bit the 100 push up before Bitcoin gets to £100k .
My daily plan
Day one . 25 push ups
Day two. 35 push ups
Day three. 45 push ups and it runs simultaneously till it's achievable but this is totally going to be dependent on the percentage increase in Bitcoin over this period.

Since you report your 3 days of push-ups in one day, there's no need to report it differently, and it doesn't make any sense. We have a push-up report format that would allow you to report your 3 days of push-ups as a single report, and it's simple to read and use. Below is our push-up report format.

Report Format: '100k,User Name,DaysPushing,TotalPushupsDone,YYYY-MM-DD

Maybe since he's just joining us in this push-up challenge, he's not used to the push-up report format, and that's the reason why he reports his 3 days of push-ups differently, but I have provided him with the push-up report format to guide him in reporting his push-ups in a proper way.
