It's so unfortunate that nowadays people no longer settle common issues amicably without seeing the Law court as their plan "B" .

Whereas during the days of our four father's, some issues were settled traditionally even without going to court, and by the end of it all positive results were achieve.

It's quite sad.

previously to courts.. disputes that cannot be settled via talking to each other, traditionally people would use swords.. just saying

however there are other methods in the modern age when disputes cannot be resolved between 2 parties
such as mediation, marriage counselling, and other things where a third party referee's the dispute

other things like crowdsourcing advice, such as asking experts, family, friends, peers, colleagues, the community, even doing elections
