I believe that countries that have outright bans against internet casinos are China, the U.A.E/other Muslim countries, and probably South Korea and other Asian countries.

It is hard to explain (a bit complicated), I'm sure he is from the same country as me and I know how he feels or how he experiences as many other forum members who are actively gambling in crypto casinos.
Although our country is known as the biggest Muslim country but in fact the number of active online gamblers can be considered as huge.
The only thing done by the government is by cooperating with ISPs to block any gambling related websites but it does not reduce the number of online gamblers LOL.
In this case, I'd say that our country is merely in gray area because there are still so many online casinos accept players from my country.

Yep we are still in the gray area because the fact is that there are still many players from Indonesia so some casinos do not consider Indonesia a prohibited country... even though the government is always aggressively trying to eradicate gambling by working with ISPs and other institutions.
The government has blocked thousands of online casino sites but the flow of funds to casinos is still large, so it is indeed difficult to stop gambling there is still a gap for them to keep playing in casinos.

Recently my friend lost good amount just because of this he is living in country where casinos are having restrictions, and he was using VPN for long time as he won big amount suddenly things gone against him and site blocked his account with no withdrawal is allowed.
I learn one thing from this if someone is going with small amounts in play and withdrawal he can use things like these for long time, but big player always needs to do proper search before doing any experiment because this can give him serious setback with lost of funds is always optioned for sites.
Few casinos are having mirror sites which are also working and giving access to members without any problem, but sadly this option is not available for all sites just few are doing this mostly are having nothing about this which is the problem.
