From what I understand, the $50 was a casino bonus, not a deposit or winnings. Repeated attempts to withdraw the bonus might be a reason for the casino to ask him to go through the KYC process again.

Actually, the video doesn't have sound, so I think it would be better to paste all that text into the post here since we are required to read even by watching the video. OP, it's like you're inviting users to visit your YouTube and Vimeo channels, and I don't think anyone has watched the full video as they have to pause/play several times to read few sentences.
