We are a company and use our official domain email, which ends in @bspin.com.
I highly doubt the recovery team consider that as a proof of ownership over the account.
How can you prove that the email is sent from the exact person who created the bitcointalk account?
The account doesn't belong to the person who registered. It belongs to the company, in this case, bspin. It is very common that bitcointalk account manager for casino changes over time. Would you consider that as "Account changed hands"?

I believe recovery team should consider anyemailname@bspin.com as a proof of ownership.
