You will get more better attention if you post that there since provably your case might be forgotten by people or even them especially if there would be lots of discussion will be posted in their thread.

What made you think that Chips gg is a big casino? It ignores people, does not respond to complaints. They have been inactive on the forum for 2 months. What made you think that they will respond to my complaint?

Chips.gg no doubt is not an average casino although I can't compare them to the likes of stake and other but no doubt they are active in the gambling industry and have enough assets to run their business.

As for your case I think you should probably shoot their campaign manager a message about the issue because like you stated their representative on this thread haven't been that active but am sure the manager has access to the team and can help out if your claim is legit or again you can send their customer service a message on the casino directly to sort it out.
