Can’t believe the legendary ETH is back in managerial position. I must admit that I feared it will be difficult for him to find a job with a big club given how much failure he recorded before finally getting sacked at Manchester United. This is a big move for him and I wish the club all the best.

After eight months of unemployment after being fired by Manchester United in October, Ten Hag has finally found a new club. With Leverkusen, Ten Hag will try to repair his managerial reputation, while trying to lead his new club to achieve much success for the next two seasons. Of course, some people doubt that Ten Hag will be able to meet expectations, even though the competition in the Bundesliga seems easier.

Ten Hag will start his new journey with Leverkusen next season without star players such as Florian Wirtz, Jonathan Tah and Jeremie Frimpong. This situation certainly has the potential to make Leverkusen struggle to compete for trophies, therefore in my opinion, Ten Hag approach in the transfer market will determine his chances of winning trophies next season.
