There is no specific time to buy aggressively, buying aggressively is a way of showing seriousness and commitment in your accumulation journey and the percentage of your discretionary income you delegate to buying bitcoin should be constant, unless you experience financial concerns that can make you want to reduce it for a sometime in order to contain more expenses for a period. It is also recommended that you track your deficit in your buying amounts over that period of time and show more commitment by trying to cover up for it with your future purchases when things must have gotten better.

Being aggressive is supposed to be a constant routine in your accumulation of bitcoin, although you must be very intentional with it and not in any way overdo it so that you would not introduce unnecessary financial pressures and stress upon yourself while trying to be as aggressive as you cannot sustain in your accumulation journey.

There are investors who can buy bitcoin aggressively when the price is high basic on their discretionary Income or their reserve fund while there are also some who can only buy aggressively when there is dip it all depends on Investor that why i used that sentence you bolded, so I believe every investors decides when to buy bitcoin aggressively without overly doing it.

I doubt if there are investor that buy Bitcoin aggressively when the price is high rather what they do is accumulate using the DCA method because the DCA method help one to invest regardless and then whenever there is Dip then they will take advantage and double or buy aggressively. Buying when the price is high doesn't look or seen strategic and no matter the capacity of that investor buying aggressively when the price is high look unprofessional because the fraction of Bitcoin one will buy when the price is high and the one when the price will go down will not be same.

You actually sound confused and at the same time missing up ideas and it shows that you don't really know what you are saying, one can still be aggressively and consistently investing with the DCA within their own level of finance and discretionary income without over doing things, meaning that the DCA allows investors to buy regardless of the market conditions whether in high or low, from what you are kinda saying suggesting that people should not buy when the price is high which is wrong, you can buy any time provided that you have your investment money readily available, an investor doesn't look or consider the fraction they are buying before buying what is most important thing is that they are buying and within their own level of discretionary income, and given priority to buying Bitcoin aggressively when the market is in dip can result many in to being carried away and using money not meant for investment to invest.
