I don't have much free time to do this, this is my first withdrawal, I didn't contact customer service for a month because of work, and now I can't log into my account. They just said I have multiple accounts, and then nothing happened.
I also have funds of $150+ and they said I use many accounts, I have sent kyc verification, after sending kyc verification, they immediately blocked my account, I have contacted them via live support contact, email, & here, they are not responding at all
It only means that you violated their ToS since they confirmed everything first once you finished verification. You should issue a refund request on your deposit because you have the right to do it.
I experienced undergoing KYC and wait for weeks just to approve but never experienced ban after the approval.
I don’t buy casino banning user casually without any reason.
Honestly, it is just that to hard to believe that people would be having that kind of complaints or issues that being raised like locked ups or their funs or accounts had been banned on which tons of situations or conditions in the past similar to this on which it ends up that it was just that a total trolling or having those false accusations just to make it look bad on a certain gambling site.
It is indeed true that they wont be making up such actions if there's no something that casinos do sees upon on a certain account.
