Casino sportsbetting section has their own independent risk assessment team, that I believe come from the provider themselves. They have independent power to flag players and void a bet or two, and the casino team will usually have to follow this ruling.
About unblocking... do you want to keep using rollbit, where you can only play casinos and the entire sportsbet section is restricted? If so, I'll try to reach razer again and see if he can arrange that; to grant you access to the rest of Rollbit's section, except the sportsbetting.
