IPswitch town came in with 2 other teams last two season, the other team Luton town and Burnley were demoted and the following season, they are going back there with Leicester City after losing there spot too. One funny thing is Burnley and shuffle United that were sent away to championship are coming back to Premier League next season, some recycled teams are just playing around the European leagues trying to win something for theirself.
