Mastercon? I noticed this user sometimes create off-topic reply while the reply itself appear to be well-written.
The Mastercon account was very possibly hacked and changed hands.
Some information on this posisbility.If it was actually changed hands, a new account owner is more possibly a spammer so this posting style can be explained easily.
