Quantum may have the high computing definition to perform a task more faster and accurately, but that does not make it have power over the bitcoin network.

And if it does, there should be a way out by bitcoin dev to still maintain and secure the network from any malfunctional behavior, the fact that bitcoin has been there from its inception while becoming the latest cryptographic technology, the possibility of going down to zero would be truly difficult and that any quantum computing thread to affect the blockchain will get easily traced and resolved quickly.
