OP, I don't think a reputed member like him would even think of scamming people for $15 (IMO, not even for a thousand times the alleged amount Grin). I mean, common let's be serious here, and next time do your assigned job properly so that your future employer will want to give you extra, instead of stopping your payment Grin.

The thing is, your thinking isn't mature enough yet. People can scam for $1 too. This person is an obvious scammer. Regarding job, you do not need to teach me something you have no idea of. And I can see you too have a neutral trust, another bootlicker? He is not a reputed member, more like a shitty member. And the thing is not about $5 only. He used to cut every single week.
