Rank isn't everything. Most victims(Legit and Scammers) who present their cases in this forum are newbies which makes sense since they only signed up to try and find
and some sort of remedy to their situations.
I will give the user SOME benefit of the doubt, but I would probably start believing him/her if a trustworthy member in BitcoinTalk would vouch for that user. OR if the campaign manager stops the campaign because he/she doesn't want to be linked to the dishonesty of the service.
How would the users who just signed up to resolve their situations know trustworthy members of this forum? Evidence matters more than vouches in this context.
