First day of official retirement so thought I'd go with a bottle of that Dom Purge bubbly stuff. (or wtf that pretentious crap is called)

But alas, my local pakky doesn't stock that shit, so opted for a bottle of Korbel Brute instead.(as in Brutal headache shortly thereafter quaffing the bottle)
Same difference, just 250$ cheaper.
I'll take the headache. Nothing a couple of ibuprofen won't fix. Besides that Dom Purge shit would give me the same headache anyway, so there is that.

Same here: I always sandwich my drinks with abundant water. Zero drunkenness, zero hangovers. White wine, especially sparkly, is a nasty beast though.
