I agree with the gambling approach you have outlined - but I am not sure every gambler can be that disciplined with their gambling. The best approach to gambling in my opinion is to know your limits - of course this is about setting a gambling budget, limiting the time you play and being able to control your emotions. Honestly setting such limits in gambling is easy to say - but hard to implement consistently.

This is a basic problem for gambling because it is undeniable that at this time all gamblers must realize that they must gamble with appropriate finances or maybe they can spend it for the worst possibility if they lose, only they cannot control it well so what they fear is not gambling but their weak self-control.

Not a few people fall into the same hole in gambling because they always have difficulty maintaining their mentality to become a responsible gambler.

Gambling can be a simple situation but it can also be a condition that looks much worse than imagined because in the end even though this is a game, it cannot be denied that this game is what makes us a bad person.
