You are right ,most people that panic and sell their bitcoins are probably traders which maybe short term investors, when there is dip many investors view it as a chance to purchase Bitcoin at a lower price forgetting that it should be an avenue to accumulate more and hold rather than selling it,but they don’t know that Bitcoin value fluctuate rapidly,but they would be the once to regret later.

Bitcoin fluctuations make newbies more afraid because the rapid changes in the market affect them mentally. In addition, newbies do not have sufficient savings or their own funds, so when the price drops, they start selling out of fear of losses. Another reason is that most new investors enter the market without a clear plan, which results in losses. For this reason, new investors should first create a clear plan and invest in small amounts through DCA rather than investing in large amounts at first. Be patient with market fluctuations and follow logic and plan instead of relying on emotions.

I totally agree with you because there is no amount of knowledge a newbie we have that he or she won't be drive or shaked by market fluctuation because they are still fresh to the game. However, you don't have to generalize it that newbie don't have a sufficient savings or their own funds because some newbie has and they are aware of the fact that Bitcoin investment demands a moderate source of income in order to push forward, so anyone without sufficient savings and their own funds is not doing the right thing and such they can be cut up anytime while investing in Bitcoin. Plan is a vital thing in any investment, failure to plan Is planing to fail.

I keep wondering how most people view newbies , in as much they start investment newly doesn’t mean they don’t have good knowledge no proper planning about bitcoins investment, no one goes into what they don’t have idea or ready for , not all new investors lack sufficient savings or fund , even with the experience once making a proper planning is necessary for a successful investment, most newbies now know the importance of planning and financial stability , they know it’s essential to have a moderate source of income with that they can navigate market volatility.
