Because they've consider the matter resolved. The sportsbook provider gave their ruling and they're obeying this call. There is not much more that they can do, so not much they can give as a respond either, unless you're ok with generic response?

No, I don't think it's ok. But just like chips' my hands are tied on this matter too. No one else on the forum can make anything about this matter. You can try an ADR to get your case retried, and probably they'll come with different verdict that rule the casino to be at fault and compel them to pay.
