Frankly speaking, I think Porf should add a new section to the OP (the first post), outlining how to join AOBT, like the prerequisites, basic info, stuff like that.
Most users just check the first post and don’t bother scrolling through the next pages. For example, I visited the link GB provided, and I noticed the "We are looking for translators" post was on page 3. That info is kinda important, right? If there is no character limit issue, it would make sense to update the first post with the new rules. And if there is a character limit, the second post could be used for those extra details, or maybe even the fourth post with the signature links. Another alternative could be adding a redirect link to the rules post in the OP.

Please, let me know (other members too) if you think that it is ok the way we already have it, or you want to include the rules directly in the OP. We should update it also in our local boards in that case.
