It has been only 2 days since you started complaining, I suggests you stay patient and wait a bit, because these things takes time to resolve. Also there is no need for calling names here. And it really doesn't matter whether anyone is wearing any signature or not. There have been many cases of dispute among the players and the casinos, xyes is no exception. But there have been countless cases where these disputes were solved. Confusions are common. You can solve your problem there!
