The more we act like screen addictionOne thing a lot of parents might not realize is inevitable,that there are already lawsuits happening because of the more we normalize it. Kids aren't raising themselvesway social media has harmed kids, if parents hand over a device and check outespecially around mental health issues like anxiety, that’s notdepression, even self-harm. Families are starting to file social media harm lawsuit cases because of the internetdamage it’s faultcaused. It’s a choicenot just about too much screen time anymore, and it hasreal consequences are showing up.

Better to stay involved early than to try fixing things after they’re broken.
