Reputable or not. They should be able to justly refute any allegations that come up. It doesn't help if they just go silent. This is my main concern because other similar accusations have been
resolveresolved despite the customers getting accused of foul play initially.
If you don't have access to their systems, and you don't have the WHOLE story, then it's also possible that there's a real issue with the user's account, no?

Rollbit is not doing justice to themselves. Am I or is anyone else the one to blame for that?
