Until the atmosphere around United changes, they can bring in as many coaches as they can, but not much may change.

We need to start with Jose Mourinho and his famous saying that "Finishing with a runner-up position with what he had in Manchester United is a greatest ever achievement he has gotten in his coach career". You can search for his saying on media, the message is as aforementioned while I don't remember exactly his words.

Later Manchester United chose Pogba, not Mourinho and they became worse and worse years later. Cristiano Ronaldo possibly tried to say similar things but there are spaces for his high ego in that interview so people paid more attention on Ronaldo's high ego rather than fact he wanted to reveal.

I agree with you that Manchester United have more problems than their coaches, and if they can not fix those issues, Ruben Amorim can not help them. Even if they hire Pep Guardiola, Enrique, Inzaghi, those coaches will fail too. Lately PSG won Champions League title and we can see big difference between PSG in 2025 and years ago with Mbappe, Messi, and Neymar. Their attacking players now are very ready to contribute for defense in front line and by such big contributions, they won a first Champions League title.
