When one is upset or angry,it is encouraged that the person stay calm and try to control that moment because any actions or decisions taken at that point in time must be a negative one.

So many people who regrets their actions today are as a result of taking decisions when they are angry there by over reacting..

Anger and excessive emotions are often responsible for your losses. Not only in gambling but in any situation. If someone is personally emotionally distressed, it is more important for them to avoid financial matters at that time because most decisions made with emotions can be wrong.

Practicing to keep calm in gambling makes a gambler more useful in dealing with disastrous situations. Gamblers who are overly affected lose money and luck is not in their favor and cannot keep calm in angry situations due to addiction.
