Hello,

several times I saw've noticed several transactions on the blockchain where the average fee shown at memspaceon Mempool.space is prettyquite low, like—around 1 sat/vB, but the fee paid feed for athe transaction is actually higher than the amount that was to bebeing transferred.

Can anyone explain what the purpose of these kinds of transactions are?
