Your PnL is one of the main factor aside from your wager to determine your bonus although I never encounter this low bonus even on my low VIP rank days when I have that same wager.

You should declare here how much is your profit for that week when you wager 8K because I’m sure you are on heavy profit in able for the bonus becomes that low.

Nah man, you are wrong. While profit/loss of course has an impact, this wouldn't look like this. If you are in profit you might get around 20% less compared to what you would get if you are let's say +-0, trust me on that. And when you are at a loss you get a certain % on top as some kind of loss back. But there is no 90%+ "charge" just for being up. There is definitely some other problem, as I have mentioned before.
You see these cases on the stake forum as well as reddit all the time, that's nothing new.



I’m not saying that his bonus is normal as I pointed out too that I never encounter that kind of bonus even wagering that volume.

All we can do is merely speculate because the bonus computation is not available.

I’m just curious on the PnL aspect since it do affects the bonus outcome but not to that exaggerated low percentage.

That's strange for sure. At the same time, it would be more clear if you also upload the screenshot of your previous week total lottery ticket number. Because you had received $47 from the previous weekly bonus. $47 is a quite high amount as the weekly bonus for a new silver ranked user (if you haven't lost big). Maybe they had given you higher bonus in the previous week and adjusted it in this week.

BTW, why have you deleted the previous screenshot of your bonus page? You have replaced it with a new one. Now it doesn't show the bonus amount which you received from previous weekly bonus.
