You are very correct and that should be what anyone that is planning to provide their land needs to be aware of before providing it for the LandDAO team to consider. When a land is not approved by the local authorities, this will become a challenge to investors that are willing to purchase the land without any recognition documentation by the government. Every rule needs to be considered and studied so as to prevent future criticisms that could affect the authenticity of this project just because of land grabbing or the possession of unauthorized land by the government.
