Not all of us, some of us know it doest come till Bitcoin has hit highs and Bitcoin still has new highs to come this year.
The rally for BTC isn't over yet, so alts didn't reach their heights too.

I dont think altcoins will really start moving again till September/October time , but lets see we might have a smaller rally before then.
