Reason for that filing will be their previous attempts to escape jurisdiction, and considering they provided irrefutable proof that Fenice Tech Limited owns BCgame and that they already attempted to do the same (bankruptcy proceeding in Curacao), chances of this request to be approved are high (90%+).
and the document is in Greek, not Russian
as for their activity in regards to promotion, that's all the activity there is. What about user complaints, court cases, dispute resolution?
