Our support team and relevant promotions department have already replied to yourself on 2 seperate occasions this week.

Unfortunately, you recieved a prize payout of 2048 USDT incorrectly. This was due to the breaking of promotional rules listed in the 2 emails already sent to you this week.

So we had to reverse that promotional payout.

I do how ever apologise for that payment being sent to your account which gave you the misunderstanding that it was a genuine prize win. I have spoken to the relevant promotions department and we hope we don't make this error again.

Thanks for replying. As far as I am aware, I did not violate any promotion rules.

I played fair and square every match week, grinding & winning atleast one bet despite losing a lot of bets in the process. I didn't use any VPN or any other such things, I am ready to undergo any kind of verification you might ask from me. My humble request is to pay me & than if you want, you can close my account.
