Someone who bets money on predictions or bets money on uncertainty is basically a gambler, whether the person gambles once a week or 2-3 times a month or every day. You don't need to be rich to be considered a gambler. This is why, you can find different types of gambler according to how much he can afford and what particular games they want to play with.
