Basically, I took part in their Champions/Europa league promo (https://sportsbet.io/promotions/2025-02-50k-knockout-challenge) to win one 3.0+ odds every week since February and placed multiple bets, made it to the finals ( my name is still there on leaderboard), got the bonus in my account credited and after a few hours they just removed it.

Support hasn’t been much useful. I didn’t use any VPN or any such thing. Have been playing since 2020. I do not use any shared computer and live alone so their point 8.4 & 8.6 seems absurd to me. I think there is some misunderstanding and I would like to fully co-operate with the investigation and can undergo any verification they deem necessary.

They say you broke 8.4 and 8.6.

8.4 - You're a recreational player since you've been player there since 2020 without your limits being slashed.
8.6 - Are there any other accounts using the same IP or from the same household?
Did they take your deposit?

Yes, none of my limits on any sports are slashed & they have been taking my deposits forever.

No, as I mentioned I live alone so any other account from same household is out of question.

It is about time someone from sportsbet replies to this thread and resolves it.
