This is why I still won't take a casino like this serious, for me, a casino is either in on kyc or out, there is and should be no in-between, what is the meaning of "they will only ask kyc when they see something suspicious"?, such a casino can ask you for kyc at any time and claim they saw something suspicious even when they saw nothing.

Btw, they already updated their ANN and removed that 'NO KYC' part after some of members, including myself, started calling out to their contradictory statement. In that sense, they acted in good faith, I suppose. So yeah, I believe the matter is settled now. XYES reserves the right to request KYC at any time, end of story. No gray areas, no confusions, no what if or but. It’s a KYC required casino, everyone should be keep that in mind when playing, period... Tongue

It seems like no one is allowed to make a mistake anymore people immediately judge and create a problem. I saw that it was corrected too, and I don’t understand why some people reacted the way they did. Like you said, the casino has its own rules, including the ones about KYC. Everyone will decide for themselves what’s best. In any case, the matter is resolved now and there’s no more confusion, which is definitely a good thing.

Well there are still complaints about this as gamblers deposited at this casino, thinking that it is a non-KYC and not they are demanding KYC and also the withdrawals are held for 30 days even if the KYC is verified. That's not how you operate a casino if you want to run it for long term. Either they do not give this non-KYC option and since they have now given this then must stick to it. If they want to change in rules, they should let withdrawals for those who deposited earlier and be transparent. This way of doing business will only have them lose the trust among gamblers and without trust, it's impossible to get traffic to the site.
