It is not in all cases that the woman is a gold digger. There are some cases in which the woman deserves half and even more of the family properties. I know some women who married their husbands when they were poor and these women supported these men until they became wealthy. Some of them were even partners in family businesses. Divorcing these hardworking women without substantial compensation would be wrong. In fact, these women deserve more than the men.
For sure not all woman is a gold digger, but if someone is a gold digger, it must be a woman.
The law in your country should also protect women's interests against exploiters. Some men will take advantage of this law to divorce their wives because they want to bring in another woman.
I'm sure in every countries, their regulations and laws are always give edge on women.
I don't see anything wrong for men choose to divorce to bring in another woman, it's a respect for his ex-wife. He already know he can't continue with her, so he ask for divorce instead of cheating.
Usually when men want to get another woman, he already has a good financial, his ex-wife will get alimony, at the end of the day, woman always on advantage.
