One of the problems that has caused Manchester United not to improve their performance since Sir Alex Ferguson retired as Manchester United head coach is signing the players that have failed to perform well at Manchester United. If Ruben Amorim can figure out the players that can perform well at Manchester United, Ruben Amorim can improve Manchester United's performance gradually, but if Ruben Amorim can't figure this out, I am afraid Manchester United's poor performance will likely continue next season.
I don't know, this is a bit difficult to explain because recruiting great players does not necessarily guarantee that the club will be better. We can look at Chelsea as an example from a few seasons ago they spend a huge budget but the results were not as expected on the other hand when they don't recruit many new players the results are better like this season. so actually the right manager is also needed and sometimes managers need more time to understand each player, we can't compare other managers with Alex Ferguson who handled Man United for many years. I think management should give full trust to the coach and let he build chemistry with each other, but of course there are points that must be maintained.
